Information for exhibitors
The price per square meter ranges from € 80 to € 92 – depending on the booth size.
For 2027, we also offer small booth spaces of 4m x 2m at a fixed price of € 550 (row and partially corner booths). The quota is limited.

Service documents

Booth construction, walls, and equipment (partner: Messebau Klos), electricity connections, booth cleaning, water connections, etc., can optionally be ordered for a fee directly via the Messe Dortmund online portal. You will receive login details from us in due time.
Logistics
Setup and dismantling 2027
Setup: Wednesday, April 7, 7 AM to 10 PM – Thursday, April 8, 7 AM to 12 AM.
Dismantling: After the end of the fair on Sunday, April 11, from 6 PM to 12 AM (entry to the hall from 6:30 PM) and on Monday, April 12, from 7 AM to 6 PM.
