Accreditation Guidelines

Online accreditation is available up to 14 days before the start of the fair. After that, please register on site at the ticket counter area.

Please send an email to info@spieldoch-messe.com to apply for a press pass, including the required proof as attachments (see below), and specify the location: Dortmund and/or Friedrichshafen/Lake Constance.

Holders of an official press ID may park free of charge throughout the entire venue upon presentation. Our yellow press pass in Dortmund is valid only for free entry to the exhibition hall. Parking fees at Messe Dortmund are €10. In Friedrichshafen, parking is generally free for members of the press.

The following persons may apply for a press pass for the SPIEL DOCH! fairs:

Holders of a valid press ID.
Members of professional journalistic associations.
Members of recognized organizations of foreign press representatives.
Radio and TV journalists, production companies that can present an editorial assignment from a broadcaster (original letterhead, no copies).
Journalists from Germany and abroad who can provide recent proof of bylined articles (submission of original copies required).
Journalists who present a current imprint (masthead) in the original, listing them as editors, permanent editorial staff, or authors.
Press photographers who can demonstrate that they work in a journalistic capacity.
Members of online editorial teams that belong to full editorial offices or publishing houses, demonstrably publish predominantly self-produced journalistic content, or whose online publications are established information channels within the board game community. Each case will be reviewed individually.
Persons who can prove that they work in press and public relations for an authority or institution, press officers, or corporate press departments of exhibiting companies.
w. nostheide verlag, as the organizer, reserves the right to make a subject-specific selection among eligible journalists for SPIEL DOCH! and, in individual cases, to require presentation of an ID card or other official proof of identity.

Furthermore, w. nostheide verlag reserves the right to conduct additional verification of journalistic credentials and, if necessary, to exercise its domiciliary rights.
